Description
This rule ensures that there are no users with zero activity in the Jenkins instance. It performs the following steps:
- Checks the settings of the Jenkins instance.
- Verifies that there are no users with zero activity.
Evidence Requirements:
- Evidence must be provided by the Scribe Platform's CLI tool through scanning Jenkins instance resources.
